failing to update my Pairot's firmware from 1.4.3 to 2.0.0

Hello there

I‘m using Pairot from xxter to control my knx installation with voice control. The current firmware on my Pairot is 1.4.3 and a new firmware is offered with Matter support, -> 2.0.0 The attempt to update the firmware through the Apple Pairot app, fails repeatedly. Can you help me find the cause?

I've been trying to find the firmware bin on your website, though to no avail.

    Hi Martin,

    I suggest the following:

    1) login on the web interface of the device. You can do this by using a browser and going to the ip address of the Pairot or using Pairot.local The login is the same you use in the app.

    2) go to system setting page and first reboot the device.

    3) go again to the system settings page, and check for updates here. Please be aware the 2.0 is quite big and can take a while to install, do not interrupt the update and be patient for it to install.

    If you keep having trouble, please contact support or you local professional.
