Reactivating Alexa Skill

Hello, i was trying bring my KNX Smarthome to Alexa.
After activating the Pairot skill i was missing some devices, i added them on the xxter page and deactivated the Alexa skill. now i cant reactivate the skill.
I know i did the wrong thing to refresh my devices. Normally "turn your device off and on again" should help.
Now when i try to activate the Pairot skill i try to login to xxter and i get:

Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut.
after 10 trys over 2 days: no waiting wont help
