Here is some additional information about the xxter license structure.

Note: These licenses are optional and are not required for the xxter device to work.

1). The xxter Connect Service (XCS) is intended for the end user.

- The XCS offers remote access to the xxter app, the web interface and cameras that are included in the xxter project. All without the need to open any ports to access the app, the webinterface or KNX.

The XCS can be purchased via the service store in the xxter app for a monthly or yearly fee. Also it can be purchased via the xxter installer for a period of 3 or 5 years.

2). The xxter PRO license is for the installer.

An xxter PRO license is valid for all devices registered in a professional account.

This offers the following additional services.

- Access to the local web interface.

- Access telegrams online and a recording capacity of 100k telegrams for the KNX recorder. The recorded telegrams will be sent to my.xxter.com and can be viewed from the device menu on my.xxter. From here telegrams can also be exported and then imported into ETS.

- Remote programming of KNX without port forwarding using the "Pro connect" tool for Windows (Download here). Firmware version 4.1.0 and up.

The PRO license can be purchased for a period or 1 or 5 year.
