Alexa found no devices and google assistant works only one time

Hello,
Today I received my Pairot and I like the easy configuration, but I have some problems with it:
-My (german) Alexa found no devices, the skill is active and I'm logged in
- And google assistant found the devices, but only the first command works and after that, the assistant says the pairot knx bridge is not available. When I reboot the device google assistant could send one command again and after that its not available.
What should I do?
